How to Use the Mindfulness Meditation Timer

Our mindfulness timer was created to allow anyone an easy first step to mitigating cognitive biases of all types with meditation to de-stigmatize mental health and increase mindfulness. We recommend utilizing this mindful moment 3-4 times (or more as needed) throughout any given workday whenever:

  • One needs to get centered
  • Feeling stressed or excess anxiety
  • Needing to recharge your cognitive “batteries”
  • At the beginning of a meeting to allow everyone to focus
